Every single time we had the chance to walk to a place for dinner, I slowed down. Took the time to look around me and breathed deeply....Emptied out my mind and laughed for no reason :) Maybe the reason I laughed was the blank brain and slowed down mental situation = = '
At times when you think life is tough, slow down and take smaller steps. Because it is. The world is so big, go at your own pace. You don't have to chase others because eventually you will be where you want :)
